Seeing Spots

So we have spent the last month at the doctors office. If it wasn't Dylan sick, then Peyton would be sick. Well, this last week I noticed red spots on Dylan's neck and behind his ears. Jeff pointed out that they looked like chicken pox. Sure enough after a 3 hour wait at the doctors office it was confirmed. Dylan has a very mild case of the chicken pox, thanks to the vaccine.

I know Peyton is absolutely DOOMED. I'll let you know how well Peyton does with them as soon as the spots start to appear. I can only imagine since he hasn't had the vaccine.

Pictures will be coming VERY soon...

Update

YES, I finally updated my blog. Sorry, it has been so chaotic moving, getting used to my work schedule, and trying to get on the computer for longer than 15 minutes. We LOVE Arkansas, it so warm and Dylan has had a blast with all his cousins.

I LOVE my new job. The hours are absolutely horrible, but I really like the hospital. I'm getting great experience and I enjoy the people I work with. The best thing is there's no drama to worry about.

The kids are doing great, Dylan has started pre-school and gymnastics. He loves his teacher at pre-school, he actually has to give her a hug everytime he leaves. He's really good at gymmnastics and can hardly wait to go each week.

Jeff is still looking for a job. He's looking at going to school this fall, so he's just trying to get a job to hold him until then. The only problem is NOBODY"S hiring. I have faith that the right job will come along for him.

I don't have my computer with us right now, and Connie just got a new computer and I have no idea how to load pictures on it. So, I will post some new pictures very soon.

On the Move

As everyone knows we are on the move to the great state of Arkansas!! I was blessed to have gotten the first job I applied for and I'm taking a HUGE pay increase. SO, I will not be able to blog for a few weeks. I will catch everyone up with Christmas pics, Dylan's birthday pics, and our move once we get somewhat settled.

Family Fun Night

I'm finally getting in the Holiday mood. Last night w made stockings as a family night project. We had so much fun, and I think they turned out rather nice. I bought plain stockings and a bunch of Christmas craft things and everyone chose what they wanted on their stocking. These we now be our stockings until they start falling apart!!

Pictures

We FINALLY had the kids pictures taken by a professional. We went to the Picture People. They did an amazing job and I LOVE the pictures we received. I would reccomend them to anyone!!! They take your pictures, you pick them out, and you receive the prints all in the same day. No waiting a week or more for the pictures. Heres a link to the pictures if you would like to view them.

Christmas Concert

Dylan had his very first Christmas musical concert this week. It was so incredibly adorable. The school he goes to is Pre-school thru 8th grade. So the concert he was in was Pre-School thru 1st grade. I was a proud momma!!
I tried to get pictures of him on stage, but there were so many people and he was so far away I couldn't get a good picture. And, the lighting in the gym was horrible.

My Little Photographer

Dylan has picked up the skill of snapping random pictures. He's actually not too bad!! He actually needs no help taking pictures, so when I'm uploading my pictures onto the computer I will find weird pictures in between pictures I've taken. It's really quite amuzing!! Here are a few of his latest snapshots.
